Spent the afternoon writing the armoured train rules for my next Warlord book. Next up: an historical scenario.

 I love my work.

  1. I didn't know you were writing for Warlord. I must pay more attention in class.

  3. Homestly... I am not sure if armoured trains can be realisticly displayed in 28mm and I am the maniac who did Point Du Hoc in 28mm!

    1. Depends on what you are trying to achieve and how much space you have. Armoured trains aren't necessarily huge.

  4. In 15mm they take up an awful lot of table, in 28mm, you may need an extension on your house! They are fun to field but in the Polish campaign were knocked out all too easily by the Luftwaffe:(.

    1. Trains are very vulnerable to airstrikes. That is why they were largely disappear after WWII. Of course in the east, airpower had less impact than in the west.
