Nurgle Blight Drone
I decided to buy two more Blight Drones to finish my squadron. This is the first. I would like to show you more pics but a few secdonds later a huge gust of wind sent in airborne and it shattered on landing - and I do mean shatter. I am putting something back together with a great deal of milliput and green stuff.
Ho hum!
Britain is a highly wind blown island.

A real pity John - it looks fantastic.
ReplyDeleteI love the contrast between the rusty body and the pristine sensor in the middle. Very well done and best of luck with the repairs.
You poor fella! I hope you can salvage it. The weather has been very blustery for weeks, it seems. We had a sudden shower of hail earlier that lasted several minutes.
DeleteDear Donogh
ReplyDeleteThanks, I am doing my best. Will put up results tomorrow.

Dear Pete
ReplyDeleteA massive gust came out of nowhere.
Aaaarrrhhh.

Definitely the downside of resin, bad luck! I hope you don't mind me saying you seem to have a talent for foul-looking paintjobs!
ReplyDeleteDear Ethics
ReplyDeleteYah, it fell on a wet lawn not concrete!!!
The resin shattered like glass.
Re: the paint job. My wife made a similar observation when I decorated the spare bedroom.

Love the red color! I half expected it to be green like every other one I've seen, but the red with all the rust looks great!
