Welcome to my strange alternative world of wargaming with toy soldiers: a game for boys from twelve years of age to one hundred and fifty and for that more intelligent sort of girl who likes boys' games and books (HG Wells, Little wars)
And apparently some more recent combat engineering vehicles as well! AVLB and "entrenching" vehicle in the back?
ReplyDeleteVery useful when the snow comes.
ReplyDeleteVery decorative features on that gun.
ReplyDeletecheers
Provides years of elegant maiming.
DeleteDear John,
ReplyDeleteThere's what looks like a 13" mortar shell in the background, but I'll bet the gun is a demi-culverin, a 9-pounder is all (and possibly even smaller).
Dave
Whom short-barreled 155s overfired in the distant past
Whatever it is it still looks very impressive up close, Dave.
