Titan update

The leg and hip assembly is more or less finished. I will get bogged down now as I paint the detailed interior, which has five compartments.

It is painted with a mixture of acrylics, oil paints and MIG powders sealed with artists sealant spray.

Onward, upward.

  2. Hi John
Me again, do I detect a hint of air brush on the rusted areas and on the eye a sort of shaded black before the deep black. Have to say if its not, thats some fffiiiine brush work mate.

  4. Shaun,
You have a good eye. The black is graduated from oil to acrylic. All done with brushes. i have not yet learnt to use my air brush.

  8. That is some lovely blending from green to red, very nice indeed. A bit of reflection on the eye would make it look like it was either alive, or of fine manufacture. Maybe a bit of gloss coat there? Keep up the good work John.
