Welcome to my strange alternative world of wargaming with toy soldiers: a game for boys from twelve years of age to one hundred and fifty and for that more intelligent sort of girl who likes boys' games and books (HG Wells, Little wars)
You've got a nice looking pair of legs there good sir.
ReplyDeleteHi John
ReplyDeleteMe again, do I detect a hint of air brush on the rusted areas and on the eye a sort of shaded black before the deep black. Have to say if its not, thats some fffiiiine brush work mate.
Lovely. :)
ReplyDeleteWow that's outstanding work, i'm looking forward to seeing the rest of it.
ReplyDeleteShaun,
ReplyDeleteYou have a good eye. The black is graduated from oil to acrylic. All done with brushes. i have not yet learnt to use my air brush.

Dear Mik
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing better than a fine pair of legs.

Dear Cyborg
ReplyDeleteThe toes are fixed.
I have not yet thought of a name. It is part of the Legio Vulcanum (sp?).
John
Dear Darksol and Blitz
ReplyDeletethanks,
John
That is some lovely blending from green to red, very nice indeed. A bit of reflection on the eye would make it look like it was either alive, or of fine manufacture. Maybe a bit of gloss coat there? Keep up the good work John.
ReplyDeleteThese legs were made for walking, and that's just what they'll do .....
ReplyDeleteAll over the enemy!
Looking good mate.
Thanks Rabid
ReplyDeleteGood idea. I will gloss the eye,
John
Dear Col
