Abteilung 848 of the SS-Ahnenerbe

SS Sturmbanfuhrer Von Krump and SS Oberscharfuhrer Teknik, commander and controller, respectively, of zombie squads or death ray, or...

I have copies of Geheimkrieg and Secrets of the Third Reich.  On a read through Geheimkrieg looks the more interesting and original; it also looks fun.

Next up, the Panzermech and Tommies with magnetron guns.

  1. Hi John
Looks like a method for detecting the enemy by sound alone to me; of course one loud explosion close by and he's totally deafend.

  4. "Tommies with magnetron guns.." I like the sound of that! Where do I sign-up...is there an age-limit? I have prior service you know...must count for something...Local defence force? I could have a small one...will it cut a house in half?

[Don't laugh, when I was in the TA, we used to get people like that signing up in the Friary Centre on a Saturday, by the following Thursday (their first ever Parade evening) you'd get; "When do we get to fire the mortars?]

  8. Hi John
On a WWWII related topic have you seen the trailers for Iron Sky ? (Nazis left for the moon in Von Braun Rockets and Horch flying discs at the end of WWII from their base in Antarctica) apparently it got panned as a "serious" film but has got better reviews now the director has added a comedy element whatever that might be but just look at the models oooooh
