Grey Aliens Flying Saucers
Grey Aliens speed across the surface of the Grey Cloth Moon. The one behind has raised his energy dome to protect the pilot from turbulence. They are looking for cows to dismember or wheatfields in which to make crop circles. Occasionally, they will stop a car and subject the inhabitants to a 'medical examination'. Yeah, right, like a girl's never heard of that one before.

Man those are cool. Where can I get some?
ReplyDeleteYou can get a pair for around £22 from Pegasus Hobbies.
ReplyDeleteHa! Those are great, thank you for showing them to us. How large are the flying saucers, by the way?
ReplyDeleteDear Papa - the saucers are a nominal 1:35, 8.5cm diameter. Pegasus hobbies do 40K terrain kits so they are familiar with wargame scales.
ReplyDeletePapa, you are my 150th follower. Would you like a signed copy of my fantasy novel to celebrate?
ReplyDeleteThat would be fantastic, good sir! I'm quite proud to be #150, really quite an honor for me. I've enjoyed reading your blog a lot and am amazed by all the interesting models you find. Thanks for the info about the flying saucers, I think they're great.
ReplyDeleteYou can reach me at jasonqjones@yahoo.com if you like. I'm in the states so if you'd rather not deal with shipping, I completely understand and simply appreciate your generous offer. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI had no idea you had a book John, headed to Amazon now!
ReplyDeleteDear Papa,
ReplyDeleteShipping not a problem. I will contact you.
John
Dear Gyro
ReplyDeleteYes it is my first novel. I have sold about a dozen stories. I look at it now and cringe at some of the line-by-line but - an all favoured thing but mine own. It's called Lucy's Blade and is published by Baen.
John
What scale are those saucers?
